At EL&N, we aim to ensure every purchase brings a touch of pink to your day; however, due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable lifestyle items and damaged goods.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a non-perishable lifestyle product in its original packaging or a food item that arrived damaged or defective.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused items in their original EL&N branding to ensure they are protected during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
